This agreement allows the Alberta Motor Association Insurance Company (AMA Insurance) to withdraw payments directly from your personal bank account to pay for your insurance premiums. The agreement also allows AMA Insurance to withdraw any other fees, costs or charges that may become payable pursuant to your insurance policy.
